Spa Management System

The Visual One Spa Management System by Agilysys covers all aspects of running a Spa business—from scheduling guests for services to managing staff schedules. It is one of the most feature-rich systems, but it’s the tight integration with the Visual One Property Management System (PMS) by Agilysys that makes it so unique. The Visual One Spa can be launched within Visual One PMS, so that the sleeping room reservationist can also book a spa appointment for their guest. In addition, that Spa appointment can be listed in the sleeping room confirmation that is mailed (or emailed) to the guest. If a guest is on a package plan, Visual One PMS knows to automatically charge the Spa event against the package but will automatically charge incidental purchases (retail products) “outside” of the package plan.

General Features:

• Create staff members including work-schedule, male/female, phone numbers, date of hire, commission levels
• Create locations (spa rooms) including "off-site" (for example, services can take place in a guest room)
• Create services (facials, massages, etc.) including price, duration, set-up and breakdown time, comments, priority (for example, a massage must occur before a haircut) and locations at which the service can be performed
• Search availability (on- and off-site) and schedule appointments by any combination of: Date, Time, Type(s) of service (including service groups), Staff Member (including male and female filter)
• Easy user-interface to change the staff member on an event... perfect if the original staff member calls in sick or leaves early
