InfoGenesis Cancellation Policies
Please note that the cancellation policies below apply to all InfoGenesis classroom classes or certification courses for which you have registered.

Please be advised that InfoGenesis is not responsible for any airfare penalties, hotel or other travel charges that might be incurred as a result of any cancellation, whether by you or by us. We strongly recommend that you purchase refundable airline tickets. We also recommend that you not make travel arrangements until you have confirmed your registration.

Learner Cancellation/Rescheduling/Substitution
We understand that emergencies arise. If you cannot attend a class for which you have registered, you have several options as long as you notify us by telephone or email:
  1. Notify InfoGenesis three weeks before the class begins for a full refund.
  2. Notify InfoGenesis one week before the class begins for a courtesy transfer to a future session within one year of the first day the original class would have begun.
  3. Notify InfoGenesis anytime before the first day of the class and you can substitute someone else in your place.
Out of fairness to other learners, since classes can fill, if you do not notify InfoGenesis and do not attend, you will be billed in full for the class.

The Training Services Coordinator will respond to all cancellation and rescheduling requests by telephone or email. If you are not contacted within two business days, please call 805.681.8600 x1643 to make sure your request was received.

InfoGenesis Cancellation
InfoGenesis makes every effort to hold classes as scheduled. However, if circumstances occur beyond our control, such as natural or local disaster, power outage, airline strike or low enrollment, we reserve the right to cancel any class at any time. If we cancel a class, we will notify you via the email address and phone number provided to us.

If we cancel a class with less than a week's notice, you will be given a $100 discount on a future class. If we cancel a class with more notice, there will be no discount.
